Mr. Mohd. Musabbir Ansari

Mr. Mohd. Musabbir Ansari is the founder and Designated Partner of Elixir Law LLP. He had completed his graduation in law (B.A.LL.B. Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University in 2008. He is the member of Bar Council of Delhi, New Delhi Bar Association, Saket Bar Association, and International Council of Jurists. After completing law, he joined multinational Companies -Innodata Isogen Pvt. Ltd. And Intellextra Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. where he extensively involved in drafting of various kinds of commercial agreements, deeds, pleadings and law research for the Law Firms working in U.S.A., U.K. and Australia.
In 2011, he moved to litigation zone and has been providing legal opinions and litigation services to various corporate houses and individuals from end to end solution basis. He has vast knowledge and experience of Corporate Laws, Consumer Laws, Real Estate Laws, Constitutional Laws, Property Laws, Criminal Laws, Matrimonial Laws, Insurance laws, banking laws, Cheque Bounce laws, Land Acquisition Laws, Service Laws, IPRs,. He also assists clients in procuring various Government permissions/Licenses /approvals etc. He regularly appears and argues in Supreme Court, various High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, and Forums. He is known for his cross examination skills among legal fraternity.

Mr. Mohd. Waseem Akram

Mr. Mohd. Waseem Akram is the founder and Designated Partner of Elixir Law LLP. He is graduated with a degree in law from Rohailkhand University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council and Delhi High Court Bar Association. He has clear understanding and exposure of Court procedures and client dealing. He has represented various clients in NCLT, NCLAT, High Court and Supreme Court of India on a regular basis. He has a hands-on skill for agreement vetting, drafting, Right to Information Matters and Public Interest Litigation. His areas of advisory include subjects like IBC, Banking, Corporate Laws and Taxation. He has intricate knowledge of the working of the courts and NCLT/NCLAT and excels at handling and negotiating matters of intricacy.
At Elixir Law LLP, he takes care of all the matters related to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code along with Income Tax, Customs Law and general civil & criminal proceedings and appears before required courts and tribunals to represent the respective matters.

Mr. Azadar Husain

Mr. Azadar Husain is working as Senior Associate with the Firm. He did his graduation in Law (B.A.LL.B Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and post graduation (M.B.A.) from ISBR, Bangalore. He is the member of Bar Council of Delhi, Supreme Court Bar Association and Saket Bar Association. He has comprehensive knowledge of substantive and procedural laws with specialization in financial laws, property disputes, family laws, labour laws and other civil and criminal matters. In particular, he has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation relating to contracts, Property documents, acquisitions, business/ asset transfers and exits. He has been extensively involved in representation before various authorities, courts and forums relating to protection of IP rights.

Mr. Mohammad Nazeer

Mr. Mohammad Nazeer had completed his Law Degree from Mahatma Jyotiba phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and is a member of Uttar Pradesh Bar Council. He is a part of Elixir Law LLP as Senior Associate and with his sincere work efficiency and legal acumen he is contributing a lot in the dynamic growth of this firm and in the process he inter alia deals with drafting Criminal Complaints, bail application, Civil Suits, written statements, law research and appears before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, Consumer forums and tribunal as well. He is well versed in client counseling ensuring clients to get justice in most possible extent relating to property due diligence, preparation of title search report, construction agreements and motor accident claims.

Mr. Ravi Shanker Ravi

Mr. Ravi Shanker Ravi is working as Senior Associate with the Firm. He holds Degrees of M. A. (Geography), SCM (IIT-Delhi) and LLB. He is the member of Bar Council of Delhi and Saket Bar Association. He is enriched with experience in providing legal services to startups, incorporation of companies, firms, proprietorship, NGOs, Trusts, Political Parties. He has comprehensive knowledge of marriage and divorce laws. He expertise in taxation law too. He also looks after drafting of legal notices, various pleadings, agreements and advising clients. He frequently visits government bodies, ministries and courts for clients.

Mr Sher Afgon

Mr Sher Afgon is working as Senior Associate with the Firm. He completed his Law Graduation from JMI, New Delhi in the year of 1999. Thereafter he joined Practice at different Bars within the jurisdiction of Delhi. He is the member of Bar Council of Delhi and Saket Bar Association. He is an expert of real estate and property laws. He is well versed in money recovery cases, suit for possession, injunctions / stay over the property, specific performance of contract, arbitration, partition suits, succession suits, RERA matters, DDA and different municipal corporations related disputes. He has vast experience of handling cases in Central Administrative Tribunal, National Green Tribunal and other Tribunal and Authorities. He frequently appears in Districts courts of Delhi, High Court of Delhi and Supreme Court of India.

Dr. Mohd Shahanshah Khan

Dr. Mohd Shahanshah Khan is working as Senior Consultant with the Firm. He is PHD in Family Laws and LLM and B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Aligarh Muslim University. He is the member of Bar Council of Delhi, New Delhi Bar Association and Saket Bar Association. He advices this firm matters relating to Hindu Marriage , Muslim marriage and Christian Marriage and ancillary disputes such as Divorce Maintenance, Child Custody, Inheritance, Will, Probate, Declaration relating to Marriage and Divorce under customary laws.

Mr. Akbar taj

Mr. Akbar taj has joined Elixir Law LLP as Associate Advocate in 2023. He has completed his Law Degree from Guru Kashi University, Bhatinda, Punjab in 2023. He is the registered member of the Bar council of Delhi and Saket Bar Association. He is deeply involved in litigation zone. He regularly argues the matters related to Dishonor of Cheque, Bail, family Disputes, Property Disputes, Consumer Disputes before different forums including High Court, District Courts & Tribunals.
